Millikin Tuition Promise + Big Blue Pledge: Illinois Free Tuition Program Announced
As an institution, Millikin University is committed to making a Big Blue education accessible — and affordable — by removing barriers in the pursuit of education.
Effective Fall 2024, the Millikin Tuition Promise reduces the University's annual tuition rate by 36%, to $26,000, for all full-time undergraduate students. Unlike most universities, Millikin is also providing simple, straightforward pricing that guarantees the annual tuition rate for all four years at the Big Blue. In conjunction with this program, the Big Blue Pledge: Illinois Free Tuition Program covers 100% of the undergraduate tuition for eligible Illinois students.
